Use this form to request Room 104, 208, 214B-DML or the lobby table. All other rooms requests are handled through the campus online booking tool, Virtual EMS. To request a room for a semester-long course in Rooms 105, 109 or 213, contact the Office of the Registrar.

* Please allow 2 business days to confirm your room reservation. An email will be sent to you once your reservation has been made. Requests for more than one date can be made using this form if all times are the same.
