High School Class Library Instruction Request

Please use this form to request high school class visits, after referring to the Policies of Milne Library, SUNY Geneseo for High School Class Visits. Your request will be routed to an appropriate library instructor.

All requests should be made by the library media specialist with at least 3 weeks advance notice. Confirmation for library instruction will be made via e-mail within 7 days of receipt of this form.

Please remember to mail, e-mail, or fax a copy of the students’ chosen research topics, plus any other specific instructions, prior to your visit to Milne Library. This will ensure that the designated librarian is well-prepared for the high school tour.
